Dart Villa Refund Policy

General Policy:

Dart Villa strives to provide exceptional service and accommodations for our guests. We understand that plans can change, and we offer a flexible refund policy to accommodate these changes. The following policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are provided.

Cancellation and Refunds:

• More than 7 Days Before Check-In: Guests may cancel their reservations without penalty up to 7 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.
  
• Between 3 to 7 Days Before Check-In: Cancellations made between 3 to 7 days before the scheduled check-in date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total reservation cost.
  
• Less Than 3 Days Before Check-In: Cancellations made less than 3 days before the scheduled check-in date will be charged the full reservation cost. No refunds will be provided.

No-Show Policy:

Guests failing to arrive on the scheduled check-in date will be considered no-shows and will be charged the full reservation amount. No refunds will be given for no-shows.

Modifications:

Modifications More Than 3 Days Before Check-In: Guests may modify their booking up to 3 days before the check-in date without incurring additional charges, subject to availability and any difference in rates.

Modifications Less Than 3 Days Before Check-In: Any modifications made within 3 days of check-in may be subject to additional charges.

Late or Early Departure:

Early Departure: In cases of early departure, guests are required to inform the front desk at least 24 hours in advance. Refunds for the unused nights are not guaranteed and are subject to management’s discretion.

Late Departure: Late check-outs are subject to availability and additional charges as stated in our terms. Please inquire at the front desk if you wish to extend your stay beyond the standard check-out time.

Special Circumstances:

In the case of extenuating circumstances such as severe weather events or other unforeseen major events, Dart Villa may provide more flexible refund options at management’s discretion.
